3. Cancellations for Dispatched Orders
- Once an order has been handed over to the courier and tracking information has been generated (i.e., the order status is "Fulfilled" or "Shipped"), it can no longer be cancelled.
- If you no longer want the item after it has been dispatched, you must wait for the order to be delivered and then submit a return request under our standard Refund & Returns Policy.
4. Refunds for Cancellations
- If your cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be issued.
- The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original transaction.
- Refund processing times vary by bank, typically taking 3–10 business days to appear in your account. We cannot expedite bank processing times once the refund has been initiated.
