🛒 Orders & Payments
1. How do I place an order?
Simply browse our products, add your favourites to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards and any other secure payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways; we do not store full card details.
3. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, contact us immediately at support@royalkorj.com.
- Orders can only be changed before shipping begins.
- Once an order enters processing (1–3 business days) or has shipped, modifications may no longer be possible.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
During peak periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.
5. How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your location:
- United Kingdom: 5–10 business days after dispatch
- International: 5–10 business days after dispatch (varies by country and customs)

6. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all orders.
7. Do you provide tracking?
Yes. Every order includes tracking.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and link.
8. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you made a mistake, email us immediately at support@royalkorj.com.
- Address changes can only be made before shipping begins.
- Once the package has shipped, we cannot change the address.
- If the parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, additional reshipping fees may apply.
9. Do I need to pay customs or import taxes?
International customers may be required to pay customs duties, VAT, or import taxes, depending on their country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
10. What if my package shows “delivered” but I didn’t receive it?
Contact us at support@royalkorj.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
We will help investigate the issue with the carrier.
